Too put it simply, no, you can not. There are many people who say that there are ways too bring her back, but none of them really work. The story woundn't make any sense if Aeris didn't die, or if she came back.

No there isn't. There is no way to revive Aeris in any (unmodified) version of FFVII.It is possible to revive Aeris with a gameshark though.there was meant to be an alternate ending, where aeris comes back to life, but apparently they didn't have time to make it.
