The only way to upload ringtones as well as wallpapers to the Palm Pre is to connect the device to your PC via the included USB cable and select "Mass Storage". By doing this, the Palm Pre becomes a 7.4 GB external hard drive. You then just drag and drop the ringtones as well as wallpapers from your PC into their corresponding folders on the Palm Pre.
