Yes they do, but only for certain areas. They deliver within the M25 and to several major cities in the UK.
There is an additional charge for this (currently £14.49). I believe it is delivered by Royal Mail - so they must have a special arrangement with them,
By the way this is also known as Evening Delivery, except that on a Sunday it is between 14:30 and 17:30.

The USPS will not pick up, or deliver packages on Sunday. However if your package is already in the mail it will continue to move towards it destination on Sundays.
