Anorexia isn't caused by what you eat, but by how much and what you think about your eating habits and the way you look. Obsessing about your weight and looks can trigger anorexia.
I think that celebrities become anorexic, because when they were children, or teens, their hero or heroins were anorexic, and their anorexic now. But maybe it is because they don't think they are skinny enough (which of course every celeb is), and try to go on a regular diet, but end up going anorexic. And regular girls see them doing it, so they go anorexic, and it just passes down generation to generation, and it gets worse and worse each century.
Well goddammit I'm not going to "help you" become anorexic. That's completely obscured. I wouldn't suggest you do that, at all. Just go on a diet, & don't over do yourself. Just try & be healthy.
Healthy diet & exercise
If your anorexic you should build up your food intake gradually. if your wondering how to be anorexic the easiest diet that's filling is bread(buttered) and water(pints) x
There have been rumors going around that states that she is in fact anorexic......THIS IS A FAKE! Alexis has starred in the new movie Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2, although, she IS NOT anorexic!
Men don't diet as often as women do, but it's possible.
Impossible, actually. Once you're anorexic you are going to keep losing weight, until you are the most anorexic you can be, and then you'll eventually die. Why would you want to be anorexic without losing weight? Isn't that the whole POINT of anorexia?
Anorexics can eat or drink almost anything, but can also become ill.
Their are no proven statements stating that Lauren Conrad is anorexic. She doesn't look anorexic either, she's skinny yes but that can be achieved with a healthy diet and exercise which her show "the hills" shows she does.
Being anorexic is a serious disorder. Even if you diet frequently, that does not mean you are anorexic. If you stop eating or become unhealthily obsessed with your figure and do become underweight, then seeking help would be your wisest option.
Going on a diet?
Yes, but not really. Anorrexia is like a strong, extreme form of a diet. You would have to be limiting severly what you are eating and exercising a lot to be considered anorexic, and both - in normal levels - is considered dieting. I guess is you binge a lot and are not succesful, then yu wuldn't really be going on a diet. But then your anorexia would not be too pronounced, either.
