Nope computers arent that advanced -.- wrong noob.
we been able to get moving wallpapers for years. XP is the oldest i tried it on but if you get a moving pic (usually if not always .gif) and set it as your backround, it will usually work. if not, then your computers settings are wrong or need a program. vista has that problem sadly. The only problem about moving wall papers is it slows down your computer really bad.
