No, it is impossible to delete questions on WikiAnswers.
If you are a Supervisor, you can merge it into an alternate wording, or trash it, and everything below and more. (Note that trashing is only for harmful questions. Also, merging is only for the same question in a different form.)
If you are not a Supervisor, you can recommend a merge, report a merge on a Supervisor's message board, report a question that needs to be trashed, edit and/or move alternates (appropriately) and so on.

How do you block questions on WikiAnswers?
You cannot block questions on WikiAnswers. Only Supervisors have the ability to get rid of a question, but there is no such action as 'blocking a question'.
How do you get rid of the questions you have asked?
You can't. Once the question is asked, it stays on the system. Even if it gets answered, it remains on the 'answered questions' section of the category(ies) it was posted in.
How does WikiAnswers help you?
It gives you info you might need or want to know, and these questions are asked by people all around the world, so you can make friends with them and help rid the site of vandalisim. Unfortunetly, there ARE quite a few cyberbullies on WikiAnswers, but that's just the world. Supervisors help rid the site of these "imature Internet users", and you can help! Just erase or report the vandalisim act to any Supervisor you know! (If you do not know one then just erase the answer!) Dont give up!
Why is WikiAnswers mean when you just asked a question?
If the answer was rude, the answer was written by a vandal (a person whose intent is to purposefully ruin WikiAnswers), and should be removed immediately. However, if your question was gotten rid of, it was because your question was inappropriate, added no value whatsoever to WikiAnswers, didn't have enough information to answer, or included a first and/or last name of a non-celebrity.
Why does WikiAnswers allow inappropriate answers?
Please keep in mind that WikiAnswers is a wiki Q&A, and as such, anyone can edit answers, questions, alternates, and whatnot (Guests can only answer questions/edit answers to questions.). There are several reasons why people would write inappropriate answers, most of them being vandalism. However, Supers and non-Supers alike are working hard to warn and rid of vandals, as well to clean up the site.
Why do gross questions get answered on WikiAnswers?
Well, if the gross questions are within the site's terms of use, then we answer them because someone asked them and wants an answer. If they are so incredibly gross that they are outside our terms of use, they get answered (and asked) because some people enjoy vandalism and inappropriate topics. In that last case, I would encourage you to click the little red "Report Abuse" link that is above the question at the top right. We don't want gross things on our site either, and we'll be happy to review those things and get rid of the ones that violate our terms of use.
What can you do to get rid of the 'Edit Alternates' on WikiAnswers?
First, you don't want to get rid of the 'Edit Alternates' button on WikiAnswers. However, if you are asking how to get rid of the alternates of a questions that do not belong, simply click the check mark box (once you clicked the 'Edit Alternates' link) for all alternate wordings that do not apply to the main question, then go up to the top and select 'Split'. Do not remove any alternate wordings that are a reworded form of the main question or are basically asking the same thing as the question.

WikiAnswers is monitored every day by supervisors, who try to get rid of stupid "answers." But there are many more questions each day than there are supervisors, who also have other things they have to do on the site. So we don't always find every instance of "answers" that should be removed.
