Yes, but not directly. I mean, if you have artherosclerosis or something that affects specifically the heart/heart valves, you can't give that to someone.

However, if you have something like Streptococcus, it can spread to others. Strep doesn't do much heart damage, but if the strep evolves into rheumatic fever, it can destroy the heart valves. So, people can't spread Rheumatic fever, but they can spread the Strep bacteria that cause it.

There's Endocarditis, which is a disease of the hearts inner lining, this condition can be spread from mouth to heart, so saliva/kissing can spread it.

Basically, you can't GIVE someone a Heart disease, but you can give them things like infections that can lead to heart disease.
