Hello, I have recently spotted this in a antique store. It is selling for 85$ Having trouble locating it online to see if it is worth the purchase for sale. Hoping to find out more about this item. I plan on returning and checking for more info. Sorry for the rough picture. The item does not include the compass, just the box and telescope. The optics seem to be clear. It is in pretty good shape. The box is somewhat rough. Here is a pic link. instappraisal.com/sites/instappraisal/files/appraisal_images/IMG_20160130_124306.jpg

There should be a manufacturer's name and model number on it.
It depends what you mean by eyeglass. I have small telescope which weighs about 8 grams. I have an antique monocle which possibly weighs about half a gram.
The steps for refurbishing antique picture frames are clean the frame, identify areas that are missing, fill those areas, and spray the whole frame with a cleaning spray.

Seldom beyond 100 USD or so
