You can only give what you have. If you have the Holy Spirit then you can share it to those who are willing to accept it. Be cautious however on misunderstanding sharing with imposing.

I paid someone to help me receive the Holy Spirit.
There is an account in The Bible that may scare some people away from this.
But if you are doing it for the right reasons it does not hurt to pay someone.
I paid a member of a ministry team because I wanted to speak in tongues real bad. But this was out of a real heartfelt desire to worship God at the next level. I would not recommend paying for this out of a desire for prestige or something.
