Can you put methadone in clean urine and pass a drug test for using methadone even if it is just a dip test?

are you wanting it to test pos or are you trying to keep FROM testing pos?
Most of the time if you are on MMT they are checking to see that you are taking the methadone. They usually are looking for metabolites as well as checking that the urine is positive for active methadone.
They do this because so many times ppl have tried to fake the test by putting methadone in the urine and had to come up with ways to remedy that. This is why they now check for methadone metabolite because this means that your body has to have processed the methadone.
PLEASE DO NOT be stupid and try to give it to someone else who has "clean" urine so that they can give you pee w/metabolized methadone in it. ALL over the internet you hear of ppl doing this and a minute dose can KILL someone who is not tolerant.
How bout just do us all a favor and take the methadone PROPERLY like you are suppose to and then it will show up metabolized in your own urine like it's suppose to? It is thing like this from ppl who aren't taking MMT seriously and/or are abusing the MMT system that make it harder for those that actually DO want to get better and ARE following the program correctly.

∙ 14y agoyes, you can pass a drug test for any prescribed medication with clean urine and mashing up the medication in it as along as its not sent to a lab,that is just with a dip test.
