Yes, if that "non iPhone" can send an MMS. An iPhone can receive an MMS.
Technically NO but it is just like it without phone sms mms or 3g connection
Make sure mms is on and you can send pictures by testing.
you need to text mms to 1010 and it will be enabled
yes the 4.0 has mms
mms (In the text message app) or plug it into your computer - in the folder on the apple iphone camera
You'll either have to wait until the 25th of Sept. until AT&T decides they want to release it or you can use third party apps like Get MMs or Swirly which are kinda complex to use and I would not recommend because you have to Jailbreak or hack your phone with Cydia which has been known to mess up certain i Phones like the G2. There is an app out there from ifind2 called send MMS which doesn't require you to do all that and it works with i phone and all other cell phone providers; just check it out the home page is http://MMS.ifind2.com
If you mean to send a message from an ipad to a phone (or any device that receives texts), yes, you can. The only thing is is that you need wifi or 3g. You can send texts by installing an app from the app store that allows you send texts (the one i use is called Text Now. You can send texts and make calls, but you have to pay to make calls). Hope this helps! :)
instead of texting to a phone number put in the email address
iPhone 3G S = iPhone 3G + Extra's
The iphone 3g is the third generation iphone , is that what you are asking
iPhone indeed supports sending pictures via MMS or iMessages. If youriPhone won't send pictures in text, my guess is you don't have MMS enabled on your phone. Also, this problem may be caused by the network, the carrier and so on.
