If you have shot your own video or written your own music, and someone else copies it without your written permission, then you can ask YouTube to remove that person's copy. If you created the music and the images yourself, you can do anything you want with it. If someone else created it, you have to get their permission.

This all depends on what you do with the video selling it is illegal, Airing it is illegal, showing it to friends is okay, but I wouldn't do that without permission.
Unfortunately, not too much. They cannot use the results for commercial purposes without your permission, and if it rises to the level of harassment, you can speak to law enforcement about it.
