From a strictly pharmacological standpoint there should be no drug interaction problems according to the 2008 Physicians Desk Reference. However, only your doctor can advise you on your specific condition. You should consult the physician who prescribed the tranxene if you have any questions.
Sir/Ma'am, I was diagnosed as legally disabled back in 2003 due to a sustained injury. The Doctors suggested Percocet for about a year until I asked for something that I could actually function on. They suggested Tramadol (Ultram) in conjunction with ibuprofen. My present intake is 400MG of Tramadol / 400MG of Ibuprofen during the day (200MG of each at 6AM and 200MG of each at 2PM) and only Ibuprofen while asleep. This has been my medical prescribed regiment since 2004 and I have yet to suffer from any side affects other than slightly elevated blood pressure. I am still alive so I can speak first hand by stating that it should be alright to take these two medications at once. Steve
Yes, but take the least amount possible because it is twice the work for your liver. Absolutely no drinking alcohol on Tramadol.
Lexapro may cause bleeding in the stomach if taken with ibuprofen or other NSAIDs (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, such as ibuprofen and naproxen) such as aspirin, or other drugs that affect bleeding.
Never take OTC drugs with prescription meds without consulting the prescribing physician. Ultram [Tramadol ] makes some people very sleepy and adding other meds may make you unsafe to drive. You may need your dosage of Tramadol adjusted or need a different medication entirely.

it would be best to consult a doctor but yes you can take panadol with tramadol. but for anyone reading this tramadol is a b***h to withdraw from. how i know this i have been on tramadol on two separate occasions and both times i was told by doctors that i can take tramadol with panadol for extra pain relief.
no
Tramadol isn't a narcotic. You can become addicted to hydrocodone. Not tramadol so much.
There is no relation between aspirin or ibuprofen, and tramadol. If you are not allergic to tramadol, yes you can take this drug. But be cautious for allergic reaction.
