If the courts have ordered child support then no. The current custodial parent is responsible for the financials of the child. If the father is meeting the current court orders then he is exempt for paying any other than child support.

If the court has ordered the child to live with both parents then an exception could be made by the courts.

However, should the child start college after they turn 18 the father is no longer responsible for anything to do with the child.

Make a mother move back to the state the father lives?

Whether or not you can make the mother move with her child back to the state where the father lives depends on the original court order, where you live, and what is best for your child. If you don't have a court order that specifies that the mother must remain in a certain state, you'll need to petition the court to make her move back. If the court believes that it is in the best interest of the child to live in the same state as the father, the mother may be ordered to move.

My child's father ran off with her got a lawyer and made it legal. How do I get visitation back with my daughter in WA State Island County?

He can't "make if legal" unless you were given notice of the court proceeding and the opportunity to be represented at the hearing. If you failed to answer a summons then you lose rights. You need to visit the court that granted custody to the father and seek advice from a family court advocate about petitioning the court for a visitation schedule. If none is available the you need to seek advice from an attorney.

Can a grandmother who has temporay custody of child give to father?

No. In fact, she would find herself in trouble with the court if she turned the child over to the father if she is the one who is the child’s legal guardian. If she no longer wants the responsibility then she should return to court and let the court make new arrangements. The father can seek legal custody through the court system.

What if the mother cheated on the father can the father get custody in Florida?

Unless it would affect her role as a mother the court have no reason to care about that. The husband was hurt by it but that does not make her unfit as a parent. The court only cares about what is best for the child.
