If you have the iphone 2g(the one with black and white back cover),then the answer is no..But if you have iphone 3 or 3gs,they will let you upgrade the phone to iPhone 4 as long as you pay for the new iphone 4.
Hope this Helps.
And by the way,if the iPhone is Jailbroken,or unlocked, then they won't let you upgrade it. so make sure you restore your iphone before you trade for a iphone 4
To trade the iPhone 4 to get iPhone 5 you need at least $50.

You would most likely get an iPhone 4 to trade in your iPod 5th gen. However, it will really depend on where you trade it and the condition of the iPod.
I'm assuming this is old as the iPhone has been out awhile, but no there is no return policy with Apple or AT&T.
As long as you have someone willing to trade with you, you can trade your iPod 5 for an iPhone 4. They might request a little money to go along with the trade to make the trade fair.
If you're able to trade in your iPhone for an iPhone 6 depends on the type of phone someone currently has and the provider doing the trade.
it is about 4 years since June 29th 2007
An iPhone 4 is an iPhone.....
Yes, they should be able to. The iPhone is backward compatible. Yes, they can. I used to have an iPhone 3GS and all the games work on my iPhone 4.
about 300 bucks if new but probly 200 for old
The iPhone 5 was unveiled on September 12, 2012 - and released on sale September 21, 2012... That makes it just over 4 years old !
