Yes but I wouldn't use it for anything else after that, seeing as antifreeze is very toxic
What I use is a cheap plastic turkey baster that I bought at Walmart ( Didn't take as much time as I thought it would to empty it )
Check your manual. Once you have what you think is enough, check it. I use a turkey baster to remove excess oil or add a small amount,
Remove the radiator cap when the engine is cool and add the coolant into the radiator or you can add to the coolant overflow bottle. DON'T remove the radiator cap when the engine is hot!!!

You usually need to remove the tank to pour the old out or have a suction device to drain it out. =========================================================== Just adding to the answer : I use a cheap plastic turkey baster that I bought at Wal*Mart ( it doesn't take as long as I thought it would )
I'm not sure about a Honda Accord, but all cars are pretty much the same. You can remove the radiator cap and add antifreeze, or you can look for the antifreeze "overflow reservoir". A piece of tubing from near the radiator cap should run to a plastic jug about the size of a gallon or two. It usually sits off to one side or the other under the hood. The side of the overflow reservoir may have a fill mark on it. The top should have a lid that is easily removed. That's probably the recommended place to add antifreeze.
To remove the overflow bottle of a ford escort 1993 you need to: 1. Unbolt the PS fluid reservoir and move it out of the way. Don't take any of the hoses off. 2. Disconnect the electrical plug on the coolant overflow bottle. 3. Remove the overflow bottle mounting bolts. Lift the bottle, disconnect the overflow hose and take out the overflow bottle.
There maybe 2 ways of changing your antifreeze 1.Valve on bottom of radiator turn and let it drain. Caution do this when engine is cold!! 2. Remove the rad hose from the bottom of rad, drain and refill by rad cap and check your overflow reservoir top off if needed.

Yes. First top up the radiator then fill the overflow reservoir to the "HOT" mark if the engine is hot or the "COLD" mark if the engine is cold. Be CAREFUL when you remove the radiator cap on a hot engine. The coolant is under pressure.....
