Technically, using another person's AAA membership to acquire discounts on purchases, booking vacations, or any other member benefits like getting your car unlocked if you got yourself locked out.. all of these things are against the company's policies which state that only the member and their registered vehicles can be serviced. If AAA found out that a member was allowing other people to use their benefits it is likely that they could face having their account be cancelled or even prosecution.
On a more realistic point of view, most mechanics will not even ask if the car belongs to the person requesting service and may not even ask to see the physical AAA card or Drivers License if the information was already given to them over the phone.
