During normal operating hours, they probably wouldn't like it. If you go through at a time when the drive-through is the only thing open, and you have a legit reason (e.g., vehicle which is too high, vehicle towing a trailer, etc.) and explain this to them, then they're often willing to make an exception.

Added: Since it would occur on private property, there are no traffic laws that govern this practice.
