Quite a bit actually. It's known as the Land of Lakes and Volcanoes. Cerro Negro's last eruption was in 1999. Concepcion had an eruption in 2009. San Cristobal in 2008. Telica in 2007. Masaya has active lava which can be seen at the tip of the volcano's national park. Las Pilas was in 1954.
