Replace plastic bushing.
what are the warning lights in the Chevy cavalier z24. and what do they mean
A 1989 Chevy Cavalier will not stay running after it has started if the spark plugs are fouled, the fuel filter is dirty, or it has a vacuum leak. Taking the vehicle to a local mechanic or dealership can pinpoint the problem.
I have a 2003 chevy cavalier instrument clusterpanel lights stay on with the car off and it crank up and run fine but none of the gauges work after i put a new battery
Yes, power is always applied to the clock.
when you are looking at your visor while sitting in your car seat, swing the visor down as if you were going to use it to block sun light. Then take your hand and hit the end (opposite side of the pivot end) forcing the visor to slide back into place. i have to do mine once a month. good luck
Call Nissan Consumer Affairs... 1-800-647-7261 This has been a problem they have had with the visor. If your visor will not stay up... this will impair your view while driving. Ask if they will please replace your visor for free and they will!
There is a problem with a system in your car. Please take your car to a repair shop and get it solved. It may be something serious.
I saw a Sentra with a visor that wouldn't stay up. The owner had taken sticky backed velcro and attached small pieces to the roof and the mating piece to the back of the visor. It seemed to work well, but I think the sticky might let go in very hot weather. A lot of sellers on eBay have the sun visor clips for sale. Best of luck! <Correction> The sun visor on my 1997 Nissan Sentra wont stay up either. On close inspection it has nothing to do with the sun visor clips. It looks like the dysfunction is within the visor itself. I don't see any way to repair this without buying a new/used visor.
The engine cooling fan is not suppose to stay on. The temperature sensor on the motor tells the fan to kick on if the motor ever gets too hot, usually comes on at 210-215 if I remember right.
Sounds like your brake switch is bad, it should be under the dash where the brake pedal comes down. It has a pin coming out the touches the brake lever.
I'm having to guess it's the low coolant light? Possible coolant switch in the overflow bottle is dirty or defective., Is it low on coolant? Possible wiring issue to sensor.
Low refrigerant? Bad sensor?
