There is no one single system that coordinates all the activites all by itself. For a long time the nervous system was considered to play that role, but more recent findings suggest that the endocrine system plays a very large role as well. If you wanted to propose that one specific system controls most of the activites, on the order of 80%, I would have to say that it would have to be the autonomic nervous system, as it works very closely with the endocrine system, and so these two, together, control virtually everything our bodies do, except for the 20% that is conscious thought and action.

The nervous system is involved in every activity that goes on in the body
The nervous system is the communication and control system for the body.
Body systems are groups of organs that work together.
Immune system
the skeletal system and the muscular system work together
The heart does work with the 'excretory system' to keep your body healthy. It does in fact work with other systems though.
cerebellum and cerebrum
It coordinates the organs of the organism's body and enables the organism to respond to its environment.
It coordinates with the other body parts on which it serves us the control center of the body and also it contains the network that sends signals containing the functions or actions it will do.
cerebellum
The nervous system coordinates and controls body movements and responses.
The central nervous system coordinates.
The central nervous system coordinates.
nervous system
Medulla oblongata.
the brain along with the nervous system
digestive system
The nervous system coordinates the body's response to changes in the internal and external environments The sense organs are part of the peripheral nervous system..
