The 2003 four cylinder Camry does not have a timing belt. The v6 engine should run about $350 at a dealer. If not done at a dealer I would request the mechanic doing the work get a Toyota belt from a dealer. Not only is it a better quality part but it comes with a sticker to put the timing cover that shows you and future mechanics that work on the car the date and milage that it was already done.
