Hi there

Yes, you could have a concussion. These are some symptoms:

wanting to sleep too much dizziness listless no appetite (but not feeling sick)

Concussions can occur quite a bit later after the accident, so it's to your best interest to see your doctor or at least go into a clinic and be check out.

Good luck Marcy

Yes, you could have a mild concussion. If you had a momentary loss of consciousness, or had that feeling for a minute that your brains got scrambled, you need to see your doctor. Listen to your body. If you are feeling "weird", or like something is not right, get yourself to the ER to get checked. Slurred speech, unusual sleepiness, loss of coordination are just some of the symptoms of concussion. This is nothing to play around with. Head injuries need to be handled by a doctor. Obviously there is something going on that is causing you to question this forum. When in doubt, it's better to err on the side of caution. If you are in doubt, turn off your computer and get someone to drive you to the ER to get checked.

Yes. I've seen it happen at work before from two people bumping heads with each other. Bumping your head is how you get a concussion. Your skull stops and your brain slams into it. If you show symptoms after bumping your head that include dizziness, slurred speech, severe headache, nausea, blurred vision or similar, you should suspect a concussion and you should get a health provider's (doctor's) opinion.
