NO. Your body wouldn't let that much weight fall off that fast. Besides, if you haven't eaten for two or three days your body won't be able to hold up to seven hours of working out. Aim to lose two pounds a week max, maybe three if you're desperate. Eat lots of protein and cut out butter and eat less carbs. Eating lots of fruits and vegetables helps too.
