Many have survived a zombie attack with far less than that, so yes, you could.
However, the inordinate reliance upon firearms is a concern to those of us of the older generation. With some of the younger zombie fighters, they seem to rely to heavily on the firearm, forgetting that in real life, there is no such thing as "unlimited ammo".
Remember, on the day of the zombie apocalypse, there will not be humans showing up to work at the ammunition factories, or the stores that sell ammo. Obviously in the immediate aftermath, there will be many stores where it seems that the supplies are just there for the taking - but you'll hardly be the only human with that idea!
The free ammo will eventually run out.
