If you are unable to talk to this person & try to work out your differences, try to let it pass. If that doesn't help, ask to see if you can be transferred away from them, your desk, or an entire office away.

If this person is threatening to you, or a danger to you, tell your supervisor immediately and sit tight while they work on a resolution.

My husband works in an all male department and there is a group of guys that make life miserable for the rest of them. His boss won't do anything about it. They guys have pulled the wool over everyones eyes except for the few they have singled out to make work hell. What should he do?
