No, and Humphrey Bogart never said, 'Play it again, Sam'.
The phrase "Beam me up, Scotty" was never uttered in any incarnation of Star Trek!
Trust me on this one, I´ve personally breakfasted on many occasions with Gene Roddenberry's right hand man (Richard Arnold) and he confirmed what I already knew... those words were never uttered!
However, William Shatner said those words to a highway patrolman on his way to the location early one morning for filming of "Generations" after being stopped for speeding! (From his own mouth, so it must be true)
"Very funny Scotty! Now beam me down my uniform."
It depends on your age. People who 'grew up' with the original 60's Star Trek series (me included) - will probably say Capt. Kirk. Younger people who got hooked on the Star Wars franchise will likely say Darth Vader. Since Star Trek has been around a lot longer - I'd say there are more Trekkies than Star Wars fans.
Well, there's only one signature phrase that you hear in just about every episode. That would be "Scotty, beam us up." There was one episode where Kirk did say otherwise."Let's get the hell out of here."--James Tiberius Kirk, The City On The Edge Of Forever.Unbelievably, James Kirk never actually said the actual phrase "Beam me up, Scotty" in any of the voyages of the Enterprise; the closest he came was "Scotty, energize."

HELLO
beam = keren (קרן)
You can say 'Activating the beam' ビームを活性化 (Bimu o kassei ka) If that doesn't help, you can say 'Energy Beam' literally Energetic Beam エネルギービーム (Enerugibimu)

I don't believe so.... on American Idol Scotty did not say anything sbout him taking lessons, so there for i believ he didn't partake in singing lessons.
If you are in the Navy or Coast Guard, you say "Aye Sir", or "Aye Captain". In the other services, you say "Yes Sir", or "Yes Captain".
