God created angels with free choice. Most Christians do not believe that God can create evil beings yet Biblical scripture says otherwise. Did not God create the Devil? (Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.)
Jewish View
Angels are perfect insofar as they lack flaws, but they do not have free choice. They are slaves to God and must do what is proper in His eyes. As a result, Judaism holds man to be of a higher nature than the angels since he can do good of his own volition whereas the angels can only do good because of their nature. Judaism also rejects the notion that the Satan is a Devil and holds that his job as angel is to oppose and counter God as the loyal opposition.
Another Christian view:
According to The Bible, angels are spirits, just as God himself is a Spirit. Psalms 104:1 "He makes his angels spirits, His ministers are a consuming fire." All of them mighty in power. Psalms 103:20 "Praise Jehovah, all you angels mighty in power, Who carry out his word, obeying his voice." Daniel 6:22 "My God sent his angel and shut the mouth of the lions, and they have not harmed me for I was found innocent before him; nor have I done any wrong to you, O king." Jehovah has his spirit sons organized into three categories, (1) seraphs (Isaiah 6:1-3) (2)cherubs (Ezekiel 10:3-55 (3) other angels who carry out his will (Daniel 7:10) Since the angels are God's creation, they are called sons of God. Angels are like humans in that they have full consciousness, feelings and given free will. They are free moral agents. Genesis 6:2 "the sons of the true God began to notice that the daughters of men were beautiful. So they began taking as wives whom they chose." The Scriptures indicate that the creature known as Satan did not always have that name. This descriptive name was given to him because of his taking a course of opposition and resistance to God. The one becoming Satan was, when created, a perfect, righteous creature of God. He is a spirit person for he appeared in the heavens in the presence of God. (Job chapters 1,2) So, from a righteous, perfect start, this spirit person deviated into sin and degradation.

All things were made by God through His Word - who became the Son of God:
John 1:1-3New King James Version (NKJV) The Eternal Word1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was in the beginning with God.3 All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made.God made everything.
I believe that whenever someone dies and goes to heaven they come angels!
God did not 'create' demons. God created 'angels'. But angels who disobey Jehovah God their Creator, turn themselves into 'demons' when they disobey.2 Peter 2:4. Some translations calls them 'angels who sinned'; one calls them simply 'rebel angels' (The Message version)(Somewhat like when humans who turn very evil, are called 'animals' in 2Pet 2:12. God did not create them as animals, he created them as humans.)
God created angels when he created heaven. He did this on Day 1 of the creation.
I'm sorry but no angels could never be children because. God made them to a flame of fire they are spiritual being created to protect us and to help us get to heaven. (Hebrews 1:7+14) Some people think when they die there're going to like angels but not God didn't create us to look like angels but God did create us to look like Himself. See angels don't look like God but we do.( Genesis 1:26+27)
Of Course ,God can see angels because god created them
God gets His angels through creation; He creates His angels.
In Christian theology, it is believed that God created angels with free will, and some of these angels who rebelled against God are now known as demons. These fallen angels chose to follow Satan instead of serving God, resulting in their transformation into demons.
Infinite, you can create an angle in any direction. If you meant angels then none because god does not exist. Replying to this, yes, I corrected the misspelling of angels, before I posted question. My question to you is who are you to say that GOD doesn't exist?
God gets His angels by creating them Himself just like He created Satan (the disobedient angel) and other angels.
Perhaps not in the context of "having" angels, but The Bible states that there are angels who serve God. It is believed that demons are the angels who were led by Satan and rebelled against God, but failed, with God sending them to Hell as punishment. This is where the term 'fallen angel' comes from.
