At engineering level technically both process are same except there definition both process give hyperbolic curve in P-V diagram and straight line in T-S diagram. and even in polytropic process PV^n=constant if n=1 then it is not hyperbolic process it is isothermal process even though the definition says pv=c is hyperbolic process.

An adiabatic process is one in which there is no heat exchange between a system and its surroundings. It does not matter whether the temperature of the system is constant or not.

There is no difference between saturated fatty acids and saturated fatty acids. If you meant saturated fatty acids and UNsaturated fatty acids, then the unsaturated ones are the ones with double (or, theoretically, triple) bonds in the carbon chain.
