Sir
According to some travel information and also some maps, it says that when a person is visiting a town called Nassau on the Bahamas, this is actually Paradise Island itself. There also is a section called Paradise Island, which is a short few minutes away , I think this would be by car as there is a bridge between Nassau and Paradise Island.
Paradise Island is an island in the Bahamas. Nassau is the capital city of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas.
No, there is no airport. Most travelers fly into Nassau's Pindling Airport and take a taxi to Paradise Island.
Main: Tampa Florida. Alt : Paradise Island, Nassau.
You can take a taxi, its about a 30 minute car ride from the airport.
Atlantis Paradise Island, in Nassau, Bahamas on August 23, 2009.
Aquaventure Water Park at Atlantis in Paradise Island (near Nassau), Bahamas.
New Providence. I started to say Nassau but that is a city on New Providence. For a vacation Paradise Island may be better.
Paradise Island is a resort in the Bahamas and would be a great website to visit to book a trip. Nassau Paradise Island is also another resort located in the Bahamas.
One can find a good Nassau hotel when one goes on to the official site of Choice Hotel. The good hotels suggested include Comfort Suites Paradise Island, and Nassau Hotel.
I found this on google."From the Nassau airport taxi rates are approximately $27 to downtown Nassau, $18 to Cable Beach and $33 to Paradise Island-plus the bridge toll. Fares are based on two passengers; there is an additional charge for extra passengers and extra luggage."Although that is what google says, I have been to the Bahamas 3 times. I went to Nassau and it was around a $30 fare. Also, I went to Paradise Island 2 times. It was a flat $33 both times and I was very happy on the consistency.Hope this helps :)
