Do ALL Muslims believe you should only look after other Muslims?

Non of Muslims believe that you should only look after Muslims. Even in early ages of Islam non Muslims received charities (Zakat) from the Muslim money of Zakat that was belonging to Islamic State. Muslims believe that they should be kind and helpful to all non Muslims who do not fight them or try to deprive them from Islam religion or try to deprive them from their lands and homes.
God says in Quran, Muslim holy book (meaning English translation):
" God does not forbid you from showing kindness and dealing justly with those who have not fought you about religion and have not driven you out of your homes. God loves just dealers."(Quran, chapter 60, verse 8)

Why do most Muslims believe in evil and hate?
We believe that people who commit evil crimes are evil, but we don't hate people. Muslims always pray that people are guided to Islam. because if someone repents before he dies, even if he was very evil, God willing he will be forgiven and will be admitted into paradise. ----------------------------------------- Islam does not believe in evil and hatred. The media sometimes simply exaggerates and makes them look evil. [How many movies/games have you seen that makes Muslims seem evil?] I am a Muslim and I can barely bring myself to even squash a roach. However, There are some Muslims who, sadly, believe that people from other religions should be killed, even though Islam teaches us to treat every human equally.

I would imagine that Muslims would be very pro enviromental sustainability - Allah created the world and that makes the world precious and Muslims believe they are here to look after Allahs creation (see stewardship).

Yes it is because every religion prays in different ways in Islam Muslims pray to gog only, Muslims do not look at images or idols when worshipping God alone in other religions e.g Hinduism, Sikhism, buddist and Christianity whilst praying they look upon idols and images this is forbidden in Islam. also certain religions do not just pray to one god but pray to many god and goddesses again this is forbidden because Muslims only worship the one God and believe muhammed (PBUH) was the last prophet whilst most other abrahamic religions deny him.
