Do Alphonse and Mei from Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood ever get married?

It is implied that they do, though they never fully tell us. They can be seen in a group photo standing together behind Ed and Winry in the epilogue (last episode).

Who does Roy Mustang end up with in Fullmetal Alchemist?
No one knows for sure. People say that he married May Chang (or Mei Chang), but we're not sure because in if you go to the Fullmetal Alchemist wiki and type Alphonse Elric, it doesn't say anything under family for Alphonse about May Chang as his wife as under edward elric, it says winry's his wife under family for edward. so we're NOT very sure.
Will roy and riza get together in the fullmetal alchemist manga?
Possible. Last you see them is roy as the fuher and riza next to him. So either she stays as his assistant or she married him and is with him watching him also if he didn't marry riza then he either married Major General Armstrong(unlikley) or is single

No, they do not get married. At least in the first Fullmetal Alchemist series. But I highly doubt they will, in the manga or Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood. Their love life is not part of the 'big' plot...but is a sub plot...maybe a kiss or something but no marriage soon -At the very end of the manga, they do have a confession of sorts. Its hard to explain, but to the question of married, in the very last page there is a collection of photos, Among them, Is one containing, Ed, Al, Winry and Mei. Winry is cradling an infant to her chest with eyes like hers. While Ed is holding a toddler with his color hair and the same smile. One can take that as evidence they get married. P.S Ed got tall * Edward got married to Winry and had 2 children, and Alphonse got married to Mei after his trip to Xing in the manga. Ed and Winry did get married, because if you do look at the picture that is discussed above (with the two children), Ed is wearing a wedding ring on his left hand. That is proof that he and Winry got married. :)

no.. but in the last chapter or episode edward tell to winry that he gave his half of his life to her and winry said that he gave all of her life to him,,that's all In the ending theme, there is a final photo shot showing Edward holding up a small toddler looking like Edward while Winry is standing next to him holding a small baby girl with a pacifier in her mouth. Viewers are free to speculate what is meant by this.
