Yes, they love them. How I know is that my lil sister that is 5 was eating marshmallows one night on our porch and dropped the bag spilling them all over and off of the porch. There are squirrels all over our yards and the next morning, I walked out to pick them up so they didn't attract ants and I saw 4 squirrels grubbing on them. They ran when they saw me, so I just left the marshmallows on the ground and later it was all cleaned up. So squirrels love marshmallows.
