It depends. If it's a private school, you of course have to pay out of pocket for it. If it's a public school, your parents, you (if you're working) and everyone else in your state, pay out of their paycheck in state taxes to pay for it. If you're a juvenile offender, additional financial penalties to stay in school may be assessed against you depending on your jurisdiction.
