You grab onto a Great White's dorsal fin, and they will take you for a ride. But you need to bring your own air. They cannot help you breathe under water.
If you aren't very fat, and the shark is of a good enough size, they can tow you for a ways without wearing them out too badly. They are quite strong, you know.
