No roosters can not fart. The reason behind this is that roosters have a single track digestive system opposed to a double track (large and small intestines) digestive system like we have or a quadruple track (like camels) digestive system. Because of this, they, roosters, can not create gas bubbles in their stomach or intestines like we can and do naturally. The same is true for segals. Next time you are at the beach, and you feel like being a horrible person and taking an animal's life for no reason, start throwing potato chips up in the air and get the segals' to start catching them out of the air, then throw up an alcaselsor and keep track of which bird catches it and watch that one. It will land on the ground, stand there for a minute or two, and then it will expand due to the excessive gas build up and nowhere for the gas to go, and then it will "pop". I am not suggesting you do this, I am simply using it as an example to validate my point.
Family was highly valued by the Blackfoot Indians. For traveling, they also split into bands of 20-30 people, but would come together for times of celebration. They valued leadership skills and chose the chiefs who would run their settlements wisely.
