He Is The Father Of The Baby To Begin With!!He Needs To Be There..
I don't think preventing the father from seeing the baby will benefit anyone, especially the baby because it will only lead to the child thinking their father has abandoned them. The life of the child is at stake ok..
if anything the father should be there 100%, for he needs to take care of waht he produced because the mother isn't the only one who made the baby and they need to take care of their kid TOGETHER!!
No. The minor has the same needs as before which the parents have to pay for. The minor and the father of her child will have to pay for their own child.
With parents permission. Having a baby at 15 doesn't make you an adult. You are a minor that is pregnant.
No. Being pregnant/having a child does not emancipate a minor, so you are still subject to your parents rules and authority. And by the way, the age of sexual consent in CA is 18, so it was illegal for anyone to have sex with you.
The minor's parents are still responsible for her.
No. The fact that you are pregnant does not impart any special freedom. You are a minor and your parents are still legally responsible for you and your actions.
If you are 18 or older. If not you are pregnant minor and still your parents responsiblity and they can tell you what to do.
As minors it´s your parents deciding this. You being pregnant has nothing to do with it.
Not without permission from her parents or from the court. Pregnancy does not confer any special privileges to a minor including that of emancipation. If the parents object to the move and the minor does so arbitrarily, any adult who aids the minor child in leaving the custody of her parents can be held criminally and civily accountable.
no
If you live in the US, your rights in this regard can be summed up in one word--none. Being pregnant and/or having a child, does not give a minor any adult rights. You are merely a pregnant minor and you are still subject to the control and authority of your parents.
Hopefully, a lawsuit by the parents of the minor...in the case that the intercourse was not consentual. If the minor WANTED to have sex with the adult, there is really nothing the parents can do.
not if he runs and hides
