Do guys ignore girls they like?

Depends. Not always true.

It could be true sometimes though, especially when the girls are undecided or are currently in an unfruitful relationship with another man. You must to read the signs. One way is to talk to and flirt with other girls in their presence and observe their reactions. Most girls cannot hide their jealousy in such a situation. If they indeed show signs of jealousy, then you know all the arrogance and indifference were feigned.

So why do these girls ignore the men they like? Because they want the guys to make the first move. They are afraid of rejection and want the guys to do it first! In this case, they will ignore you for no reason even if you have done absolutely nothing wrong.

Sometimes, it could be that the girl already has another guy but the relationship is a tough-going one and they are thinking you might be a better alternative. In such a case, they can be very friendly with you sometimes and treat you as a complete stranger at some other times.

It's about confidence. If she is confident then should would not be afraid to show the man she liked him. When people start playing games it is because there is a lack of confidence.

Well I'm guessing your a girl. Different boys have different strategies, hobbies, etc. But I would say that guys depending on your age will mostly ignore or try to not look directly at her if he was the shy type of person. Trust me I, did do the same thing before.
