The overall life philosophy is more important than all the personal tidbits.
Alternate ViewAutobiography is obviously a very personal matter. If someone has the courage to write one, she/he is and ought to be free to emphasize anything. It's like poetic license. If the reading public isn't interested, that's another matter altogether, and the writer has to deal with that.
