No. You don't need a visa. Prague is in the Czech Republic, which is part of the European Union. Anyone with any EU passport can go there without a visa.

You do need a passport to enter Holland from abroad, however it does not have to be British. Check a Dutch government website for more information on visa restrictions for other countries. As Holland is part of the EU, any other European passport holder can enter freely.
