No. This will most likely cause infection if done. If it really bothers you, you should go to a physician so they may drain it properly if it is causing major discomfort. Cover small blisters with an adhesive bandage, and large ones with a plastic-coated gauze that absorbs moisture. If you really don't want to go to a doctor : http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/first-aid-blisters/WL00008

Actually you are right. If at all possible a blister should be left to fend for itself because while it's intact it still protects the layer of skin underneath. If you puncture it, the interior is immediately open to infection. Blisters do tend to break naturally after a time, but by then the injury should be healing reasonably well.

absolutely NOT, you will have an infection, than your troubles will begin. If they bother you see a physician.

It isn't recommended, but popping the blister is safe if you disinfect what you're using to pop it, and you sanitize the skin around it afterwards. Put a clean bandage on it. Only do this if it's in an area that the blister would be irritated in.

No. Eventually they pop on their own. It may be painful for a while, but it is better to let them pop on their own.

How do you care for the blister between toes after getting one?

The best way to care for a Blister is to allow it to heal naturally. Take care not to pop the Blister, as this will cause pain and possibly infection in the afflicted area. The Blister should eventually burst itself after new skin has formed beneath the area.
