Yes, John cena wants children. He said in a recent radio interview that he and his wife (newly-wed) are planning to have a child and thinking about moving back to their home town when this happens, however, it is all in timing. He has a very busy schedule so we dont know when this will happen but it's deffinately going to happen soon because it is something both he and his wife wants. best of luck to them
