The South American country of Peru is a constitutional republic, like the United States. As such, the leader of their executive branch is a President (currently President Alan Garcia Perez). Unlike the United States, Peru's government includes two Vice Presidents and a Prime Minister.

But no king.

Peru does not have a King or Queen.

They used to be ruled by the King of Spain but declared independence since 1821.
