Look at the evidence. Satan was never mentioned in any book of The Bible written before the Babylonian Exile, when the Jews came into contact with new religions and new ideas. Before this, the Hebrew religion never had a Satan, although some Christians today try to explain the serpent in the Garden of Eden as Satan in disguise. When Satan did emerge in the post-exilic books of the Hebrew scriptures, it was as the loyal assistant of God. On the other hand, Christian tradition has Satan as the evil adversary of God.
With so little evidence for Satan, and so much contradiction between the Jewish concept of Satan and the Christian concept of Satan, we should simply accept that Satan does not really exist. In different ways in Judaism and Christianity, he has been a useful theological means of explaining the existence of evil in the world - no more.

People who actually try to look and find out whether he exists is a person who is acting faithlessly. A true christan doesn't need proof that God exists because they belive his word
