You're supposed to freeze it.
Why do you think Russia has "Vodka Ice Bars"?? But technically you aren't freezing it. Vodka is almost pure ethanol and ethanol does not begin to freeze until below -173.2° F. Placing any alcohol in the freezer is simply a better place to store it. The higher the alcohol content, the more readily it evaporates at room temperature.
No, it doesn't. I found this out accidentally. I stuck a bottle of Chardonnay in the freezer to chill it for a few minutes, then fell asleep, forgetting all about it. The next morning I remembered it, and took it out of the freezer. The cork and the plastic capping had become loose. I removed those and then covered it tight with a plastic baggie and rubberband. I let it defrost at room temperature, then refrigerated it till the next evening when I was ready to drink it. It was delicious. You never would have known it had been frozen.
get it out of the greezer and run hot water over it till you can pour it in a glass. Do so. Now get that bottle of mogen Danial and pour into glazs. Mix them together and add straw. (or cherry, lime etc.).
Yes it can. As any compound containing water, wine can freeze.
Not completely. You may destroy some of the more delicate aromatics characters during freezing and thawing. A major concern should be that the bottle may explode.
No, If it is low enough proof it can get slushy though.
It shouldn't as long as the wine isn't effervescent. Champagne will lose its bubbles if it is frozen.

No, just as a rotten chicken being frozen. It doesn't make it better. So if you freeze wine with alcohol, The alcohol actually stays longer.
Yes you can but: 1/ Don't leave it too long or you end up with broken glass and frozen wine spread around your freezer, ice expands as it freezes, possibly shattering the bottle. 2/ If it is a really great wine it is probably a bad idea, you won't appreciate the wine at its best but for your average plonk, well its better than drinking cheap white wine warm. I've certainly done it :-) Alternate answer You can, provided that you remove the wine before it gets frozen. You can also consider using an ice box and adding salt to it, it will chill your wine fast.
For raspberry pavlova, I highly recommend Eiswein (also known as Ice Wine). This is a wine that is produced from grapes which are naturally frozen by gentle snowy weather while still on their vines.A Rutherglen Muscat will also go very well with raspberry pavlova.
