Yes. Mate I would advise you to swim a lot at your age, as much of every stroke as you can. This will give you good cardio vascualar health AND help your shoulders broaden. Try this MONDAY-SWIM TUESDAY-JOG-30 MINS WENESDAY-REST THURS- RUN FRIDAY SWIM. W/E REST.

Avoid alchohol. Up your calories until you build muscle, don't gain fat.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't lift weights, i promise you you'll bend your bones, not good.

Yes, provided that you do not overdo it either with the weights or the time you spend in the gym. Keep in mind that your still growing until you hit eighteen. Working out to the extreme could stunt your growth and cause big differences in muscle strength on either side of your body (ex. left arm stronger than right arm). This especially could happen with bad exercise form. Since your body is not fully developed, stressing it out could cause the bone or the muscle to grow thicker in certain places before its fully developed which could cause imbalances in your physique (Maybe one arm or leg is thicker than the other). Make sure if you bench or do any exercise that you do it carefully and easily. Remember your still growing, so naturally your getting stronger anyways, there is no need to go hulk crazy on weights.
