I also get severe stomach cramping after eatting carrots :(. They are almost like childbirth contractions that come on strong, last a few seconds then die down for a min or two and start back up again. I was informed that raw veggies, carrots especially, are difficult to digest and need extra acids in the stomach to break them down for digestion. When stomach acids are low, the pains start.
