It usually depends. If you have really dry hair, once a week should be good otherwise if your hair is just dry then once every 2 weeks. I used to have really dry hair from dying it every 2-3 months then when i started hot-oil treatments, it really made a difference. Try Coconut Oil or Olive Oil.
