It can feel exactly the same as having sex without one however there are different types of condoms designed to do different things. For example there are thicker ones that I would imagine don't feel as good and in my opinion the ones that are designed to make sex last longer burn after a while - for what reason I don't know. There are also some that I have found make the penis become flaccid (not erect or not fully erect).
