If a nine-year-old girl is capable of walking dogs and people will pay her for the service, she can start her own dog-walking service for neighbors and friends. It is a good idea for her to walk dogs that she already knows, because it is difficult to know which dogs are friendly and which dogs are harder to walk.
yes, go around to everyone you know with dogs and ask to walk them; don't mention anything about pay and they'll probably pay you.
Dogs don't try to communicate with people; they docommunicate with people... at least with the people who pay attention long enough to figure it out.
If your mother has allergies to pet dander (skin that falls off the dog) then that is probably why she does not want a dog in the house. If you or anyone in the family does not have allergies to a dog then sit down with your mother and tell her you will do any chores she gives you to earn the right to own a dog and you will be willing to sign an agreement on paper that your mother writes up that all responsibilities of that dog will be up to you and do not let your mother down if she agrees! Pets are not cheap to own as there are food and possibly vet bills to consider so tell your mother you will save your money to at least pay for the dog food. Also tell her you do not necessarily want a puppy, but would be willing to go to the ASPCA to choose a small to medium sized dog. There are so many dogs at the ASPCA that need good homes so save a life! A dog that is at least a year old is already house broken in most cases and at the ASPCA there is sometimes a history on the dog so you will know if that dog is right for you. Often times the dog will pick you as there is a need for the dog to be with you and you will know that dog was meant for you. Let your mother know these facts: Medical studies show that people who own dogs live longer; dogs are used to calm autistic children or mentally challenged children in some facilities; they are used as mascots in nursing homes and in some hospitals and they are great watch dogs for the family. If your mother still disagrees with you try volunteering at the ASPCA to walk dogs for exercise, etc., and that way you can still be around dogs that you seem to love so much. Good luck!
I wouldn't. People should not pay for dogs.
It depends on the neighborhood you live in, but $10 per dog would probably be a good estimate. The key thing is to get as many dogs as you can safely handle at one time. The more dogs you have, the more money you make while you're walking. If you can get 10-15 dogs a day, you'll be making pretty good money, even if it does take a while.
The Hollywood walk of fame is for people in the entertainment industry and the people who get the star pay for it. Carver doesn't belong on the star walk.
When people walk into the room ask them not to make eye contact or pay any attention to your dog until your dog becomes calm. Also reading Cesar Millians book would not be harmful either.

I have had dogs for years, especially golden retrievers, they are socialble dogs who need company. I really do not think leaving your dog for this long is very fair. RSPCA say up to 4 hours a day. I have 4 dogs and pay a dog walker to walk mine while i work, i know its expensive but that's the price you pay having dogs.
give him/her a bit morre food than usal pay lots of atentoin to them take them on walk more than usal then start to train them with basics sit.stay.ect when you get your dogs trust back dont do anything that would look chalenging
Are they big dogs or rat dogs? One dog or many dogs? Is it raining? I'd make me a chart with x/y axis, with all these variables. The more difficulty in the job, the more $$$. If I were inclined to hire a dog walker, I'd pay $2.00 per walk.
